Ickleskills Terms & Conditions

By signing up to Ickleskills, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your child’s participation in our classes and our business operations.


1. Membership & Fees

  • Membership costs £35 per month per child, billed automatically.
  • There is no refund policy for missed sessions, cancellations, or absences.
  • Additional siblings can be added to your membership for an extra £5 per month.
  • We offer free trial sessions for new participants.
  • Ickleskills operates year-round, including bank holidays and school holidays, with the exception of a short Christmas break.
  • Uniforms are optional and can be purchased separately for £25.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership.
  • You can request cancellation at any time, and your payments will stop after the 30-day period ends.

3. Session Attendance

  • Children can join at any point during the year.
  • Children must wear suitable sports clothing and trainers.
  • Parents may choose to stay and watch the session or drop their child off.
  • If Ickleskills ever needs to cancel a session (which is rare), you will be notified in advance via email and WhatsApp.

4. Health, Safety & Behaviour

  • All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding and first aid.
  • Children are expected to behave respectfully and listen to coaches. Any ongoing behavioural issues may result in removal from the program.
  • In the unlikely event of an emergency, appropriate first aid will be administered and parents will be contacted immediately.

5. Photos, Videos & Media

  • We regularly take photos and videos during classes for promotional purposes.
  • You will be asked for photo/video permission when signing up. You may opt out at any time on your profile.

6. Data Protection

  • Your data is securely stored and managed via Class for Kids, our registration and payment platform.
  • We do not share your data with any third parties.
  • You may request access or deletion of your personal data at any time.

7. Communication

  • You will receive important updates, reminders, and notices through email and WhatsApp.
  • Please make sure your contact details are kept up to date to avoid missing any critical information.
